## How to connect Muse to on-chain data in 3 steps

Muse has no settings screen for this, so the chat is the setup. Create a StalkChain API key, send Muse the message below, then give it the key when it asks. About two minutes.

1. **Create a key:** Open your StalkChain dashboard, go to API keys and create one. Copy it: it starts with sc_.
2. **Message Muse:** Start a new chat in Muse and send the setup message below. It names the StalkChain MCP link and asks for a bearer token.
3. **Give the key:** When Muse asks for the token, paste your sc_ key into the secure field it shows. Then ask in plain English.

### Muse chat (API key)

1. Create an API key in your StalkChain dashboard (API keys → Create). It starts with sc_.
2. Open a new chat in the Muse app or on muse.ai and send the message below.
3. If Muse asks, answer: it's an HTTP MCP server and it uses a bearer token.
4. Paste your sc_ key when Muse asks for it. Muse keeps it in its secure credential store.
5. Muse confirms with a health check. From then on, ask about any trader, token or wallet.
