Why connect it

Can't Cursor just look this up itself?

Not well. FOMO sits behind a login, explorers show one wallet per tab, and Cursor's memory stops at its training cutoff. StalkChain closes all three gaps.

How do I get a daily smart-money digest?

Cursor's CLI runs headless with agent -p. Add StalkChain with an API key, allow its tools once, and cron leaves a fresh digest every morning.

Terminal
# once: allow StalkChain tools in ~/.cursor/cli-config.json
#   "permissions": { "allow": ["Mcp(stalkchain:*)"], "deny": [] }

# ~/stalkchain/digest.sh — run from cron or CI
cd ~/stalkchain
export CURSOR_API_KEY=your_cursor_api_key
~/.local/bin/agent -p --trust --approve-mcps \
"7d FOMO leaderboard: top 10, one line each with pnl and biggest bag. flag any token 3+ of them hold." \
  >> digest.md

# crontab -e: every morning at 08:00

FAQ

StalkChain for Cursor: questions

Data Cursor can't reach on its own. One link gives it 70+ tools for live and historical blockchain data across 7 chains, plus FOMO trader activity: handles resolved to real wallets, PnL from 24h to all-time, positions and written theses.

FOMO's trader data sits behind a login, inside an app that only renders with JavaScript, so a plain web fetch comes back empty. StalkChain resolves FOMO handles to their Solana and EVM wallets and returns PnL, positions, fills and theses.

Click Add to Cursor and confirm the install. Then open Customize → MCPs, connect StalkChain and approve in your browser. Or add a server named stalkchain with url https://data.stalkchain.com/mcp to ~/.cursor/mcp.json. No API key needed.

Pro and up. Cursor includes MCPs on Pro, Pro+, Ultra, Teams and Enterprise, plus Start in India; the free Hobby plan doesn't. On Enterprise, an admin may need to allowlist https://data.stalkchain.com/mcp first.

Cursor asks before MCP tools that aren't allowlisted. Allowlist them from the prompt, or add "stalkchain:*" to mcpAllowlist in ~/.cursor/permissions.json. Allowlisted tools run without asking, and paid lookups still use your StalkChain credits.

Connecting is free and needs no card. Free tools, like the live feed sample, work right away. Most research lookups are paid; the plans are listed on data.stalkchain.com.

Robinhood Chain, Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Monad and Hyperliquid perps. Trader data comes from FOMO, launch data from StonkFun, plus Jupiter. Deployer and sniper checks are Solana-only; wallet age and funding checks are EVM-only.

From the last hour back to all-time. Cursor can pull PnL for 24h, 7d, 30d or all-time, fill-by-fill trade history, past prices, a deployer's earlier launches and DeFi exploit records.

Yes. Ask Cursor to set a StalkChain alert: when a token crosses a price, or when two or more tracked traders buy it within a few minutes. It fires once, by email or to a Discord, Slack or Telegram webhook, and works on Solana, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain.

It never touches your wallet. The research tools work on public data, and connecting never asks for a seed phrase, private key or signature. You sign in with OAuth and can disconnect any time.

No. StalkChain gives Cursor data, not signals: who bought, what they hold, what they sold and when. What you do with it is your call.
