  3. Start a new Devin Local session and open customizations from the new-tab menu. If StalkChain shows Needs auth, click Authenticate.

Can Windsurf run on a schedule?

Devin Desktop can't, but its agent also ships as the Devin CLI. devin -p runs one prompt and exits. Add StalkChain with an API key, pre-approve its tools, and cron does the rest.

Data Windsurf can't reach on its own. One link gives it 70+ tools for live and historical blockchain data across 7 chains, plus FOMO trader activity: handles resolved to real wallets, PnL from 24h to all-time, positions and written theses.

FOMO's trader data sits behind a login, inside an app that only renders with JavaScript, so a plain web fetch comes back empty. StalkChain resolves FOMO handles to their Solana and EVM wallets and returns PnL, positions, fills and theses.

Windsurf is now Devin Desktop. Add a stalkchain server with url https://data.stalkchain.com/mcp to ~/.config/devin/mcp_config.json, or run devin mcp add -s user stalkchain https://data.stalkchain.com/mcp. Then click Authenticate and approve. No API key needed.

Every Devin Desktop plan: Free, Pro, Max, Teams full seats and Enterprise. Your plan sets the agent's usage quota, not MCP access. Teams flex seats don't include Devin Desktop. On Enterprise, an admin must enable Devin Local and may need to allowlist StalkChain.

Devin Local asks before any MCP tool by default. When it asks, allow all tools on the StalkChain server permanently, or add mcp__stalkchain__* to permissions.allow in ~/.config/devin/config.json. Paid lookups still use your StalkChain credits.
